Certified in Family Medicine Born in Hyderabad, India, Dr. Rasheed received her medical degree in 1989 from Deccan College of Medical Sciences in India. She then completed residency in 2001 at Hamot Medical Center in Erie, Pennsylvania. Before moving to Virginia in July of 2007 and joining Nova Medical & Urgent Care Center, inc., Dr. Rasheed worked in family practice and urgent care settings in Washington D.C., Ohio and Delaware. She is a member of American Academy of Family Practice and enjoys treating patients of all ages and ethnic groups. PRACTICE PHILOSOPHY Dr. Rasheed believes in providing quality compassionate care to patients through all phases of life. Patient education and actively involving patent in decision making are of great importance in being able to provide this type of quality medical care.
